Pumpable Cross-linker Formulations
Alberty Additives has operated for over 20 years in the chemical manufacturing sector, predominately blending crosslinker suspensions for use in polymer-modified asphalt (PMA) applications. It operates largely in the southeastern industrial corridor, with blending plants located in Dandridge, Tennessee and St. Gabriel, Louisiana. With more than forty asphalt terminals across the continental United States and Canada as clients, our crosslinkers are proven as a safe and efficient alternative to molten sulfur or other alternative crosslinking additives. Our crosslinker suspensions are pumpable, stable across a large range of temperatures, and many have additional advantageous characteristics like hydrogen sulfide (H2S) scavenging properties.
Alberty Additives is a manufacturer of pumpable cross-linking material, accelerator blends, and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) scavengers for the polymer-modified asphalt (PMA) industry. These formulations have demonstrated the ability to optimize the rubber/polymer addition, reduce production costs, and improve the compatibility characteristics of the asphalt. The products are delivered in specially designed containers with internal mixers which are patented under US Patent 10,363,529-B1 to allow easy application of a homogeneous material to the asphalt. We place an emphasis on customer satisfaction and have technical support able to work with any clients to integrate our products into their process.
Alberty Additives' vision is to supply PMA terminals across the continental United States with cost-efficient, reliable, safe, and easy to use cross-linking suspensions, all while offering efficient freight delivery options.
About Our Products
Alberty Additives currently sells four main products. These are AS-1000, AS-2000, AS-3000, and S-100A. All these products are delivered in sturdy and stable stainless-steel totes. The totes contain up to 250 gallons of product each and have simple hook-ups for ease of pump transfer of the product, as well as pressure release valves for safety.
